Signage Solutions for Waikato’s Vehicle Buyers and Fleet Customers
From a single ute leaving a Hamilton dealership to a full fleet handover in Cambridge - we partner with Waikato businesses and individuals to deliver professional vehicle sign writing, ready to go from the moment you drive away.
What We Do
Signage That Moves With Your Business
A new vehicle is the perfect opportunity to get your branding on the road. From a single work ute to an entire lease fleet, professional vehicle signage ensures your brand starts working from day one.
At Sign Logic, we work with vehicle buyers and fleet customers across the Waikato to design and apply professional vehicle graphics, coordinating directly with dealerships and lease companies so your vehicle arrives ready to work.
Get Your Vehicle Working Harder for You
Why Invest in Signage?
A sign-written vehicle is one of the most cost-effective marketing tools a Waikato business can invest in. Every kilometre your vehicle covers is an opportunity to put your brand in front of potential customers - and all at a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising.
Professional First Impression
Arriving at a job in a clearly branded vehicle signals professionalism and builds trust with customers before you’ve even knocked on the door.
Immediate Brand Presence
A professionally sign-written vehicle builds recognition from the moment it leaves the yard. Every trip, job site, and car park is an opportunity to grow your brand.
Cost-Effective Marketing
Compared to digital ads or print campaigns, vehicle graphics deliver ongoing exposure with a one-off investment - making them one of the best returns on marketing spend available to small and medium businesses.
Seamless Handover
We coordinate directly with your dealership or lease company so your vehicle is sign written before collection.

Our Process
How We Work With Vehicle Buyers and Fleet Customers
Getting your vehicle sign-written should be simple. We have built a process that fits around your delivery schedule so there is no delay between taking ownership and getting on the road.
Brief and design - Tell us about your business, your vehicle, and what you want to achieve. We design options that suit your brand and budget.
Artwork approval - We present digital proofs for sign-off before anything is produced, so you know exactly what your vehicle will look like.
Dealership coordination - We liaise directly with your dealership or lease company to schedule application around your handover date.
Application and handover - Your vehicle is sign-written and ready to collect - branded, protected, and ready to work from the moment you drive away.

Vehicle and Fleet Signage FAQs
Will sign writing graphics affect the paint on my vehicle?
We only use high-quality vinyl products from trusted brands like 3M and Avery, which are specifically engineered for clean removal and minimise the risk of residue or damage. That said, we cannot guarantee outcomes on every vehicle, as paint condition and any existing treatments can affect the removal process. We recommend checking with your dealer or lease provider before application, and we are always happy to advise on the best product for your specific vehicle and situation.
How long does vehicle sign writing last?
Quality automotive vinyl typically lasts five to seven years in New Zealand conditions with normal use. Factors like sun exposure, washing frequency, and storage all play a role, but professionally applied graphics from quality materials will hold their colour and adhesion well beyond most vehicle ownership cycles.
Can I get my vehicle sign-written before I pick it up from the dealership?
Yes - and this is exactly how we prefer to work. We coordinate with your dealership or lease company to have your vehicle sign-written before your handover date, so you drive away in a fully branded vehicle with zero downtime.
What information should I put on a work vehicle?
At a minimum, most trade and service businesses include a business name, logo, phone number, and website. Some bullet points of what you do is also worth considering - your vehicle will often be seen by people who do not already know your business, and a clear trade descriptor helps them understand immediately whether you are relevant to them.
